Gov. Rosal to create more job opportunities for Albayanos
(Legazpi City, August 22, 2022) Governor Noel E. Rosal relayed his plan to create up to 20 thousand job opportunities in the Province of Albay during the Commencement Exercises of San Jose Community College (SJCC).
Gov. Rosal as the Commencement Speaker congratulated the college dean, Dr. Cleotilde Boholano as well as the faculty members and graduates for their dedication and resiliency to completing the school year despite the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Governor also ensures the Albayanos that the Provincial Government will strengthen agriculture, social services, and barangay assistance to guarantee the development and broaden job openings in Albay Province.
In addition, scholarship programs for the marginalized and deserving students of Albay are also one of the programs Gov. Rosal prioritizes. Almost 800 students from College of Business Administration of San Jose Community College (SJCC), Malilipot, Albay graduated on August 19, 2022 with a theme, “Resilient Graduates: Striving and Excelling as Shapers of a Post-Pandemic Future.
